What is MangoFit?
MangoFit is a smart access and operations platform: a mobile app for end users, an admin panel for your team, and optional QR hardware at doors. It’s built for gyms, offices, hotels, schools, warehouses, and similar venues.

How is this different from a normal QR code on a poster?
Static QR codes can be photographed and shared. MangoFit uses short-lived, dynamic credentials tied to your policies, so a stale screenshot or forwarded image typically won’t work. Optional controls (such as location checks or admin-issued temporary codes) add another layer for high-risk doors.

Do users need to install an app?
The usual flow is through the MangoFit mobile app so members or staff get a consistent experience and you can push policy updates. Exact options can depend on your deployment; your Mangosoft contact can confirm what’s enabled for your account.

What happens if someone’s phone dies or they forget it?
Admins can generate temporary QR codes (for example for printing) with tight expiry windows, so people can still move through access points when personal devices aren’t available — without handing out long-lived secrets.

Which hardware do you support?
MangoFit integrates with approved QR devices / controllers designed for the platform. You can subscribe to the full stack or, where offered, purchase devices to connect to your existing rollout. Availability varies by region and plan — check with sales for the current catalog.

Is my data encrypted?
We use industry-standard protections for data in transit (such as TLS) and secure storage practices appropriate to a commercial SaaS product. Specific subprocessors, retention, and roles are described in the Privacy Policy.

Can we export logs for compliance?
The admin experience is built around access and activity logs suitable for audits. Export formats and retention windows may depend on your subscription tier and configuration.
