Terms & Conditions
Please review the terms and conditions governing the use of the MangoFit platform, applications, and hardware services.
02 Authorized Facility Access & Pass Conduct
MangoFit passes are strictly personal and non-transferable. Attempting to bypass dynamic anti-screenshot protections, duplicate biometric tokens, or share credentials with unauthorized individuals constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of facility access without refund.
03 Hardware & Operational Availability
MangoFit hardware controllers are engineered with local offline verification caches to ensure continuous turnstile operation during temporary internet outages. While we maintain a 99.9% cloud platform uptime target, operators are advised to maintain physical emergency egress mechanisms as mandated by local building and fire safety codes.
04 Subscriptions & Payments
Facility membership fees, class bookings, and supplement purchases processed through MangoFit are billed in accordance with the specific terms agreed with your facility operator. Recurring subscription cancelations must be completed in accordance with facility policies.
